Terms of Service

1. The service
AIAJNT (aiajnt.com) lets you install AI workers that perform tasks for you — research, drafting, design, documents, websites, and similar work. By creating an account you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
You must provide a valid email address and keep access to it secure — it's how you sign in. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and use the service only where lawful.
3. AI outputs — review before you rely
Your workers are powered by AI. Their outputs can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Emails are saved as drafts for your review — you decide what gets sent. Treat research, documents, and recommendations as a starting point, not professional advice. You own the work products your workers create for you; you're responsible for how you use them.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use AIAJNT to send spam, harass people, infringe others' rights, break the law, or probe or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Billing
The Starter plan is free with a monthly limit on worker runs. Pro is $29/month, billed by Stripe, and renews automatically until you cancel — which you can do anytime via Manage billing; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
You can stop using AIAJNT and request account deletion anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections 3, 6, and 8 survive termination.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. Questions: gabrielmaxklein@gmail.com.
