Privacy Policy

The short version

AIAJNT ("we") is the App Store for AI workers, operated at aiajnt.com. Your data is used for exactly one thing: making your AI workers do their jobs for you. We don't sell it, we don't show you ads with it, and we don't use it to train AI models.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address (for sign-in via magic link) and your name if you provide it.
• Worker settings: the briefs and preferences you give your workers (e.g. a brand description, a research topic).
• Work products: the outputs your workers produce for you (briefings, drafts, documents, images, websites) and usage records (how many runs, estimated cost).
• Billing data: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — only your subscription status.

Google user data (Gmail & Calendar)

If you choose to connect your Google account, specific workers use specific data, only when they run for you:

• Gmail (read): Ava and Diego read recent inbox messages to prepare your morning briefing and to spot sales opportunities you ask them to find.
• Gmail (drafts): they save reply drafts into your Gmail Drafts folder. Nothing is ever sent— you review and send every email yourself.
• Calendar (read): Ava reads today's events to build your briefing. We never create or modify events.

Your Google access token is stored encrypted on our servers so your workers can run on schedule. We do not retain copies of your emails or calendar beyond the work products shown to you in your own activity feed. Sensitive strings (like one-time codes) are redacted before anything is stored or displayed.

AI processing: to produce your briefings and drafts, the relevant Gmail/Calendar content is processed by third-party AI models (Anthropic) at the moment your worker runs. This data is used solely to generate your output. It is not used by us or shared by us to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

AIAJNT's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Google at any time from your AIAJNT dashboard or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Disconnecting deletes our stored token immediately.

How your data is used

• To run the workers you install, with the access you grant.
• To show you what your workers did (your activity feed).
• To meter usage and operate billing.
• To secure the service and comply with the law.

We never sell your data, never use it for advertising, and no humans read your Google data except with your explicit permission (e.g. a support request you initiate), for security purposes, or where required by law.

Storage, deletion & your rights

Data is stored with Supabase (database, encrypted at rest) and Vercel (hosting). Payments run on Stripe. You can delete individual workers and their history anytime in the app. To delete your entire account and all associated data, email us and we'll complete it within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
